Call Millie is operated by Gegobyte Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), 2nd Floor, Center Point, Opp. BN College, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and our AI receptionist service, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
From our customers (the businesses that use Call Millie)
- Account details: name, business name, email address, mobile number and time zone.
- Business details you give us or that we read from your public website: services, service area, hours, fees and similar.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we don't see or store full card numbers.
- How you use the service, such as settings changes and sign-ins.
From people who call our customers
When someone calls a business that uses Call Millie and the call is answered by the AI receptionist, we process the caller's phone number, a recording and transcript of the call, and details the caller gives, such as name, address and the reason for calling. Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI and that the call is recorded. We process this information on behalf of that business, to deliver the call details to it.
From website visitors
Basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site, collected with cookies and similar tools from our analytics and advertising providers.
How we use information
- To answer calls for our customers and send them the call details by text and email.
- To run, secure and improve the service, including reviewing call quality.
- To bill customers and send account notices.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We don't sell personal information.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
