What counts as a minute?
Only time the AI spends on calls it answers. Calls you pick up yourself never count. Most missed-call conversations take two to three minutes.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Your receptionist keeps answering. Extra minutes are $0.25 each, and we email you when you've used 80% and 100% of your plan.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days and up to 50 answered minutes. We ask for a card at signup, and you aren't charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Upgrades apply straight away. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the month you've paid for.
